The price per night covers the whole apartment for up to three guests — you do not share it with anyone. Free Wi-Fi, a Smart TV with Netflix, a fully equipped kitchen, a washing machine and parking right in front of the building are included, as well as fresh bed linen, towels and toiletries.
The longer you stay, the less you pay per night: 56 € for one or two nights, 52 € for three to six nights and only 47 € from the seventh night. For a week you therefore pay noticeably less than for several short stays.
At certain times of the year (for example over Christmas and New Year) we have seasonal prices. These apply only to the nights that fall within the season — if your stay starts before it, the first nights are charged at the regular price. Our reservation system shows the exact breakdown as soon as you pick your dates.
If you have stayed with us before or are planning a longer visit, get in touch — we are happy to prepare an individual offer. You can pay in cash or by bank transfer. Prices may change during the year; the price shown in the reservation system at the time of booking is the one that applies.
